The MEASURE Evaluation project focuses on building capacity in low-income countries for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of health programs and for strengthening health information systems (HIS). As part of these efforts, MEASURE Evaluation develops and promotes metrics that determine program progress and impact on gender equity – including ways to measure women’s and men’s participation, priorities, and needs.
