Beginning with an operational definition of Outcome Monitoring, this session will present the position of Outcome Monitoring in the M&E landscape, current references to the practice of Outcome Monitoring and an inventory of Outcome Monitoring approaches as a lead-in to a more detailed exploration of two examples of Outcome Monitoring under MEASURE Evaluation.
