Report on the Baseline Assessment of Capacity to Undertake Monitoring and Evaluation Functions

This report summarizes results of a baseline assessment to take stock and document the capacity of the Civil Registration Department (CRD) to undertake monitoring and evaluation (M&E) functions. The assessment was carried out in collaboration with the MEASURE Evaluation PIMA Project whose mandate is to support the Government of Kenya to build sustainable M&E capacity.
