MEASURE Evaluation PIMA works to strengthen health systems and improve the quality and use of data in Kenya for the sustainable delivery of quality services. File Report on the Baseline Assessment of Capacity to Undertake Monitoring and Evaluation Functions
This report summarizes results of a baseline assessment to take stock and document the capacity of the Civil Registration Department (CRD) to undertake monitoring and evaluation (M&E) functions. The assessment was carried out in collaboration with the MEASURE Evaluation PIMA Project whose mandate is to support the Government of Kenya to build sustainable M&E capacity.
