MEASURE Evaluation, with Tulane University as the lead, is seeking a local organization to serve as an implementing partner for a cross-sectional survey of HIV risk among adolescent girls and young women and their male sexual partners. This organization will report directly to Dr. Katherine Andrinopoulos and will receive a sub-contract from Tulane University to implement this work.

The study will be conducted in DREAMS intervention areas in Port-au-Prince, St. Marc and Desallines.

Field teams with experience in survey data collection in Haiti, capacity to collect data via tablets or other electronic device, and experience conducting surveys on HIV or sexual health are encouraged to apply. The proposal due date is August 31, 2018, and questions should be submitted by August 20, 2018. All proposals should be submitted in English.
