The MEASURE Evaluation project in the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is a large international project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) that focuses on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of population, health and nutrition programs and improving health sector decision-making.
The Associate M&E Officer will track, collect, manage and review project level performance monitoring data. General responsibilities of the Associate M&E Officer includes providing technical leadership and assistance to project partners to develop M&E plans; tracking activities and results; developing information systems for reporting and retrieving results; developing guidance documents and accompanying training materials for results reporting; and assisting the project M&E team to develop additional reports and associated materials, as needed. This position will include participation in other monitoring and evaluation research and technical assistance activities of the project. The Associate M&E Officer will work under the guidance of and report to the Senior M&E Officer.
