There are two formal coordinating bodies: Groupe thématique d'Appui à la Statistique, includes partners and representatives from national statistics; and DHIS 2 implementation steering committee, this committee oversees DHIS 2 implementation activities including data quality and use efforts.

The data from both regional and national hospitals are not included in the annual statistics. The comprehensive statistics including the regional and national hospitals have not yet been released.
