This conference will bring together policy makers, donors partners, researchers, clinicians, staff of community-based, non-governmental, and faith-based organizations, and other relevant stakeholders from within and outside the country to address contemporary issues on the epidemic and national response strategies in the control of the disease. The 4th National Conference was held in 2004; since then the national response has witnessed a massive scale–up in most of its components.
