Monitoring Referrals to Strengthen Service Integration
The "Monitoring Referrals to Strengthen Service Integration" webinar will take place November 12 at 9:30AM EST. Dr. Cristina de la Torre will present on a new toolkit for assessing and monitoring referral system functioning.
Referral systems play an increasingly important role in the health systems of developing countries as a result of the recent impetus toward service integration. However, referral systems often do not function as intended and there is a lack of information to know when the referral system is failing or which areas require improvement. This presentation will introduce a new toolkit designed by MEASURE Evaluation for assessing and monitoring referral system functioning. Regular assessment and monitoring of referral systems should aim to assure that the underlying processes are operating properly, providers are linking clients to the services they need, and clients are able to access a comprehensive package of health and related services.
Register online to attend the webinar by providing your name, email address, country, and organization. After registering, you can access the webinar on November 12 using your provided email address and a link that will be sent to you.
