Improving equity in access to health services

Improving equity in access to health services

Health resources and programs often fail to reach those in greatest need. The Addressing Equity in Health course presents the EQUITY Framework for Health, which provides practical guidance on how to ensure that marginalized groups are actively engaged in health strategies, how to identify supply‐side and demand‐side barriers that may hinder achieving equitable health outcomes, and suggestions on indicators for improved service uptake and equity impacts. This course was produced by MEASURE Evaluation with support from the United States Agency for International Development.
