The Digital Health Investment Review Tool provides guidance for strategic investment in digital technologies to support public health based on best practices. The tool uses quantitative scoring to review proposal or workplans. The results are then used to structure requests for proposal, inform the language of grants and contracts, and support procurement officers' decisions on digital health proposals.
