	Health Systems Strengthening – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Guide This guide fulfills USAID’s staff capacity-building HSS MEL needs, by providing step-by-step instructions on planning, implementing, and evaluating an HSS project.
	Health Systems Strengthening – A Compendium of Indicators Indicators are an important part of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes, and this compendium presents the wide array of indicators that can be used to monitor progress and generate evidence for HSS.
	Health Systems Strengthening – A Literature Review The purpose of this review is to assess the availability of guidance on monitoring and evaluating HSS, and to list and summarize these resources for others in this field.
