Report on the Baseline Assessment of Monitoring and Evaluation Capacities in 17 Counties in Kenya
This report is a summary of assessments that were conducted with the goal of understanding and documenting the capacities of county health management teams (CHMTs). Specifically, they assessed the CHMTs’ capacities to perform M&E functions, identify capacity gaps, and determine the most effective ways to build the county’s capacity for M&E of health interventions.

Report on the Baseline Assessment of Capacity to Undertake Monitoring and Evaluation Functions
This report summarizes results of a baseline assessment to take stock and document the capacity of the Civil Registration Department (CRD) to undertake monitoring and evaluation (M&E) functions. The assessment was carried out in collaboration with the MEASURE Evaluation PIMA Project whose mandate is to support the Government of Kenya to build sustainable M&E capacity.

The goal of this assessment was to understand and document Division of Reproductive Health’s current organizational and individual capacity to successfully achieve its performance objectives in program-level monitoring and evaluation.

The State of the Health Referral System in Kenya: Results from a Baseline Study on the Functionality of the Health Referral System in Eight Counties
To inform the implementation of referral system strengthening activities, MEASURE Evaluation PIMA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health conducted a baseline assessment to assess the functionality of the health referral system in eight counties in Kenya.
